Bashly is an online marketplace that connects Hosts with independent event Vendors. Bashly does not directly manufacture, fulfill, ship, or deliver products.
Some Vendors may offer physical products that require shipping, local delivery, pickup, or delivery directly to an event location. Available fulfillment options, delivery or shipping fees, estimated timing, and other applicable terms will be provided by the Vendor and displayed or communicated as part of the applicable listing or booking.
Vendors are responsible for fulfilling and delivering or shipping their products in accordance with the terms of the booking. Hosts are responsible for providing accurate shipping, delivery, or event-location information.
If an order is delayed, damaged, lost, or otherwise not delivered as expected, please contact the Vendor through Bashly. Bashly may assist Hosts and Vendors in resolving fulfillment-related issues in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable refund policies.
Bashly does not control third-party shipping carriers and cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates or performance.
